This is one of those small, family owned businesses where they get to know you. Every time we go in, they recognize us and call our doggy by her name :) Each staff member is as friendly and helpful as the next. They are also very knowledgeable and offer sound advice when prompted. They have a huge variety of foods, beds, toys, collars, etc. A LOT of merchandise to choose from.
